Outlaw Sweet & Spicy Injection

This injection was originally developed for pork but it also works great for chicken and turkey.

Ingredients:
½ Cup Honey
1 Small bottle of Apple Juice (8 oz.)
4 TBS Brown Sugar
1 TBS Sea Salt
2 TBS Red Pepper
1 TBS Black Pepper

Directions:
Combine all the ingredients in a Pyrex measuring cup or other microwave safe cup. Mix well.
Microwave 2 minutes on high, mix well.
Microwave 1 minute on high, mix well.
Continue microwaving at 1 minute sessions until injection is hot and ingredients are completely dissolved. 
Careful Not To Boil Over.
Cover, place in fridge until cool.
