Michelle Canning has become one of our most rewarding experiences with Ovation Leather Design. She started playing banjo at age 8. She received her first Ovation Leather banjo strap and started performing at the age of 12. She has now gone on to win many prestigious awards including the 2009 New England Banjo Championship making her the youngest and first female to win the award.
She is currently a student at a major northeastern university and a member of the award winning band "Michelle Canning and Rough Edges". Michelle continues to study, write music, perform, and win awards as well as the hearts of everyone she meets. We are also very proud to say she now owns 3 Ovation Leather straps. We are humbled to be associated with such a beautiful and talented artist even if in such a small way.
